Important to install to manufacturer’s specifications or warranty may be denied. The installation manual will be included in your order confirmation email and you can also find it in this link. Someone needs to be present upon delivery to unload. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. The colors on the website are simulated and may vary from the actual product. Additionally, different monitors may display colors differently. If you’d like to order color samples then you can do that through this form. We encourage customers to never “refuse” an order. Even in the rare event that the order is received in really bad shape, as long as it’s signed for damaged on the BOL, we can send you replacement pieces right away. In the case that an order is signed for clear (without damages) you would have 1 week to file claims for concealed damages. If you’re not going to do the job right away, please break everything down and inspect everything inside. The BOL only show # of pieces (pallets & boxes). We don’t expect a customer to visually inspect every single item upon delivery but if the BOL says 3 skids and 2 boxes, you should make sure you receive 3 pallets and 2 boxes. If not, sign for it short and in most cases the rest will arrive within a few days.
